LES ENFANTS DE LUUKA
On June 14th, the French Association organised a fundraising event at the Bastide, in the south of France, with dinner and music performed by Tim Broadbent. This was also an occasion to commemorate the late Steve May who had donated his performance for the Association last summer. A total of 1,620.00€ was raised which will go towards stocking the new, soon to be built, Girls’ Safe House.
The French Association is planning on putting on a classical concert in late August, so if you’re around, make sure to come along!
Details to be posted shortly.
Miki is running the Warsaw 10k race today and is raising money to help UKHF build a Vocational Training Centre! She has given herself the challenge of completing the race in less than 54 minutes and we are hoping that together we will raise £700.00. Please give whatever you can to help us build the centre where vulnerable and orphaned children will be taught skills which will safeguard their future and, more importantly, keep them off the streets. This is only possible with your help. Please give what you can. A little goes a long way in Uganda!

Paul Freeman and Maggie Scott will be joining Much Ado Books this Sunday to help celebrate the new season of Prospero’s Project Christmas stockings.
